Product Warranty
DCG First Aid warrants to the original purchaser that its products
are free from defect in materials and workmanship. If, after
inspection, we find that the product was defective in materials
or workmanship, we shall repair or replace it at no cost to
you. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse,
improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental
or consequential loss.
Return Policy
At DCG First Aid we are committed to your satisfaction. If
for any reason you are dissatisfied with any purchase, we
will gladly exchange it, replace it or credit your account
within 30 days of purchase, less shipping costs. We understand
that our business will only grow by satisfying you, our customer,
and therefore everything that we offer carries this warranty.
To return any item, ship it back to us at the address below.
Please include a copy of your receipt and the reason for the
return.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns.

All in stock orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt. We ship only
